Earning Associate Members residing outside the USA who opt to not receive a printed commission check but, instead, receive their earned commissions via Direct Deposit wire transfer shall incur a flat fee of $20.00 for said services. SWAG offers consumer tech support services only and does not have any other product line to offer to clients. As such, Juvio has the right to enforce these rules and policies through its contract with all Associate Members – up to and including termination of that contract if necessary.

BackHow can I get a refund and how long does it take to receive it?

Juvio offers a generous 30-day 100% money back guarantee (less shipping/handling fees) for all unused and/or unopened products/services that are returned to Juvio Corporation in resaleable condition. All returns of product must have a pre-authorized Return Authorization Number given by the Associate Support department prior to return shipment. Returns that do not bear this Return Authorization Number on the exterior of the package in clear, readable, bold print are subject to refusal of acceptance.
Once a refund is granted, it typically will take 7-10 business days to clear the exchange portals. All refunds are tendered to the original form of payment only. Once a credit/debit card refund is tendered by Juvio and a Transaction ID number is issued, the returned funds are no longer in the control of Juvio Corporation. As such, post-refund inquiries should be directed to the issuer of the card. Refunds paid by check draft will be sent to the recipient by US Postal Service delivery. As such, if you received PCV credit for a sale but that sale later submitted their cancellation and refund request, Juvio will have no choice but to reverse the CV award due to the simple fact that the sale is no longer valid.

As Associate Members within your personal sales organization make personal sales, your GCV will increase regardless of rank or level of placement. As long as they are in your personal sales organization, their sales will increase your GCV.
NOTE: Your personal direct sales will add to both your PCV as well as to your GCV.

As such, the purchases for personal use made by those YOU directly sponsored or referred will count as YOUR PCV. All NPC sales are considered as PCV. All PCV sales also count towards GCV.

From this sales-only website, Non-Participant Customers (NPC) may visit, shop and purchase from our complete array of high quality products/services. As they select their choice(s) and complete the sales transaction, you will earn powerful PCV and NPC credits to help you achieve the first stage of earning commissions in Juvio!
ALPHA: Juvio's beginning rank for override commission earnings starts with the Alpha rank. Simply accumulate or generate 100 PCV credits through personal or direct sales and you will achieve the rank of Alpha! All Alpha Associate Members will equally share a bonus pool that is funded with 1% of Juvio's global commissionable sales volume.
BRONZE: Assuming you are already an Alpha ranked Associate Member, the next level of commission earnings is that of Bronze. To become a Bronze ranked Associate Member, you must personally generate 100 PCV (same requirement to become Alpha) with at least one (1) sale being to a NPC, and accumulate group commission volumes (GCV) of 1,000 credits.
NOTE: Your 100 PCV also counts towards your total GCV! Once you meet these simple requirements, you will exit the Alpha bonus pool (1%) and move into the Bronze bonus pool; which is funded with 20% of Juvio's global commissionable sales volume. Moving out of the Alpha bonus pool and into the Bronze bonus pool will be the only time you will vacate an earned pool's population. From the Bronze rank and higher, you will receive earned shares in each bonus pool successively earned. As a Bronze rank or higher, you will be required to maintain the minimum monthly administrative fee of US$7.00 whereupon you will receive your personal Juvio websites.
NPC BONUS: If you accumulate a minimum of five (5) NPC sales during the current commission cycle with each NPC sale totaling US$15.00 or more each, you will be eligible to receive shares of the NPC Bonus pool. This bonus pool is funded with 2% of Juvio's global commissionable sales volume. Beginning with a minimum of five (5) shares earned, with each additional eligible NPC sale you generate during the current commission cycle, you will receive an additional share per eligible sale with no limit to the amount of shares you may earn. BackCan an Associate Member with Tech Support service downgrade to Service Only?
|
|
If an existing Associate Member opts to cancel their Associate Membership status, they may become a NPC client to their original sponsor only thereby keeping their access to Juvio's premium Tech Support services. Such requests will cause the resigning Associate Member's fees to be reduced to the cost of the Tech Support services only as all other Administrative Fees will be eliminated due to the fact that the downgrading Associate Member will no longer be participating in the Global Share income opportunity. Further, if an Associate Member resigns, they will lose their current account position in the Juvio genealogy and may only rejoin as an Associate Member as sponsored by their original sponsor within the first 180 days from Associate Membership cancellation. After 180 days, the Service Only Customer may join as an Associate Member with sponsorship by anyone they so choose (provided all clauses of established governing policies and terms are honored).

When you sell an ETS CD from your Kit, you should submit a completed Retail Receipt to Juvio Corporation in order to earn NPC credit.

Failure to provide accurate and timely updates to your Associate Member profile may cause your Associate Member position to be restricted or terminated for lack of payment. All unpaid Associate Member positions are suspended from accruing and earning override commissions until the account is re-activated (excluding the Alpha rank). Once an Associate Member account is cancelled due to non-payment, all commissions held in abeyance are forfeited.

Purging these two (2) archives from your computer will clear the memory cache of your computer that is, more than likely, keeping you from accessing your website. Purging these files is harmless to your computer and may actually help to increase the speed of your system; and/or
- In Internet Explorer in the same 'Internet Options' folder, select the 'Security' to review the security levels so as to make sure that your security levels are not too high. Systems set too high will not allow access to most websites and web pages on the Internet; and/or
- Disable your firewall.

Returns that do not bear this Return Authorization Number on the exterior of the package in clear, readable, bold print are subject to refusal of acceptance.
Once a refund is granted, it typically will take 7-10 business days to clear the exchange portals. All refunds are tendered to the original form of payment only. Once a credit/debit card refund is tendered by Juvio and a Transaction ID number is issued, the returned funds are no longer in the control of Juvio Corporation. As such, post-refund inquiries should be directed to the issuer of the card. Refunds paid by check draft will be sent to the recipient by US Postal Service delivery.

In yet other cases, a customer's refusal to follow directions properly and precisely, or to allow remote access to take place, can add to the bottom line of costs incurred by Juvio. In all cases, Juvio technicians have been the ultimate diplomats.
To directly address the issue, in the Subscriber Usage Policy / Terms of Service, section 8 (entitled 'Fair Use and Monitoring') has an industry standard statement that reads as:
"Juvio has based its service commitment and pricing based upon reasonable use expectations of the average Subscriber (collectively referred to as "Fair Use"). Juvio reserves the right to monitor and record the nature and amount of Technical Support requested by each Subscriber. Should a Subscriber request Technical Support beyond reasonable limits, currently established as two (2) hours use per month, with said requests clearly constituting abuse of services, it will be the sole discretion of Juvio to determine if additional Technical Support will be provided to the offending Subscriber. Should a Subscriber exceed the allotted two (2) hours per month time, additional services may be obtained by tendering payment of US $15.00 per tech support issue."
HOWEVER, this policy is subject to Juvio's discretion and has been applied to less than 1% of the Juvio members worldwide thus far. The goal of this policy is to offer Juvio some measure of control over those who choose to seriously abuse our premium services. Even in those cases of severe and unnecessary overages, the additional fee of only US$15.00 per resolution is a very inexpensive price to pay! Our position is that it is virtually impossible to consistently use two FULL hours (120 minutes) of REAL tech support without having to work through very substandard technicians who are simply reading scripts from an outsourced call center, as many of our competitors have chosen to operate. We encourage you to communicate with other Associate Members in your sales organization to obtain ideas for exposing the Juvio products, services, and/or income opportunity to new prospects.
It is important to note that some jurisdictions (city, state, province, country) may have strict advertising standards and laws in place. It is your responsibility to know and abide by these governing rules.

Once the recipient receives their email from your DFC, they will be presented with a full-featured Flash® presentation, again based entirely upon your selection. An in-depth questionnaire will follow the presentation with all stages of this dispatch being recorded and reported to you via your DFC contact manager.
In order to access your DFC, you must log-in to your Juvio website, select 'Marketing' from the primary horizontal toolbar, and then select 'Duplicative Fulfillment Center'.

Yes, you may resend the HTML email invitation to view the Flash® Presentation to a recipient at any time you wish, provided the recipient has not requested to be opted out of additional communications from you.
To resend the HTML email invitation, go to the 'Duplicative Fulfillment Center' located in the 'Marketing' section of your personal Juvio website. Select Option 1 ('View Contacts') and then click on the 'Last Name' hyperlink. This will open a pop-up control panel. In the control panel, select the 'Contact' tab. In this file page, you will find the 'Resend the HTML email' link. Click this link. Select the preferred contents to the HTML email and then click 'Submit' to send.

BackWhy is the DFC shipping option only available to USA addresses?

Your DFC can be used for more than just preliminary contact with an individual.
Should you wish to provide the prospect with further Juvio-specific information, you may purchase DFC credits at the rate of 99 cents (US) per credit (DFC credits are non-commissionable). These credits will purchase the marketing materials as well as the shipping and handling of these items via a prepared packaged dispatched from Juvio's fulfillment center, on your behalf. Because we cannot control the wildly fluctuating international shipment costs for small packages, Juvio has opted to limit courtesy shipments to the more easily controlled USA market, at this time.
Juvio continues to search out options to increase the DFC shipping applications to international destinations and will announce such expansion developments as they become available, if any.

Currently, the DFC upload feature is limited to single entry formatting with an unlimited amount of entries available to you. The single entry limitation is in place so as to thwart bulk emailing to large databases of "questionable" email addresses. This sort of non-validated bulk emailing could harm the Juvio name and email servers due to the increased possibility of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) complaints; more commonly known as "spam". To access this communication tool, simply log-in to your personal Juvio website, select "Organization" from the primary tool bar, then query your sales organization via the 'Genealogy Filter'. Once you have located your target Associate Member, select their username by left-clicking on it. This will bring up a pop-up screen that will give you details about the targeted Associate Member as well as providing you with a 'Contact' form to be sent via email to the Associate Member.
NOTE: Access to these communications tools will be provided in strict accordance with various international Privacy laws. Using your communications tools for unauthorized purposes will cause your access to be terminated.

From this filter, you can select from a plethora of options so as to fine-tune your research to as small as just the initials of an Associate Member in your personal sales organization; or you can search by rank, by country, or even by their paid/unpaid status.

Yes, just log-in to your Juvio website and then select 'Organization' from the primary horizontal toolbar. From the 'Genealogy Filter', select the drop-down option within the 'Level' field; which is located in the top left corner of the filter. From the drop-down column, select 'Direct' so see your Direct Referrals.
To the right of the 'Level' field, you will see the 'Type' field. From here, you can direct the filter to show 'Paid Members', 'Unpaid Members' or 'All Members'. It is important to learn these two (2) features when searching for your Direct Referrals. It is possible that one of your Direct Referrals may be an 'Unpaid Member' due to their lack of purchase of Juvio commissionable products/services. Only those who have actually purchased Juvio commissionable products/services will appear as 'Paid Member'.

As interest in the Juvio products/services and income opportunity become apparent in a given country, our Business Development leadership is quick to assess the requirements and seek out and secure the necessary legal and tax counsel, as well as submit any and all registration documents and fees as deemed appropriate by the host government.
All countries in which Juvio has determined viability are listed in the country drop-down column within the Registration Page of your website. If a specific country is not currently listed, it is due to Juvio's decision to not offer our services largely in part to either sanctioned trade restrictions and/or there is an environment in place that is considered unfriendly to foreign business entities.

For accounting purposes, Juvio will not allow an Associate Member to have a product or service billing date different than the administration fee billing date. Example: If you joined Juvio on the 1st day of the month, then your billing and anniversary date is set as the 1st day of every month thereafter. If you were to transfer your Tech Support to a product purchase on the 15th day of any given month, then your new anniversary date or billing date will be reset to the 15th day of each month thereafter.

When you receive the funds from the customer, you would then issue a credit code for $69.90. This Credit Code could be used on any Juvio website to purchase Tech Support services. When the first purchase is made, $34.95 would be debited from the Credit Code. The Credit Code would still have a positive balance of $34.95 to be applied the following month when the Tech Support subscription fees become due.
